Terms of Service

ALFRED is a subscription-based productivity and content-planning tool for TikTok Shop creators. It lets you track product samples, plan and status-track videos, store content ideas and use the tools we make available inside the app. ALFRED is a planning tool only — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, TikTok Shop, or any other platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use ALFRED. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials private and not share, resell or transfer your account. Accounts are for a single user. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for the content you add to it.

Access to ALFRED is sold as a subscription or one-off purchase through our payment provider, Whop. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes where required. Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your Whop account or by contacting us at support@alfredplanner.com. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable — please read our Return & Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or a chargeback is raised, we may suspend or terminate your access. We may change pricing or plan features; where a change affects your renewal we will give reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or white-label any part of ALFRED;
• share your account, credentials or paid access with anyone else;
• upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or malicious content;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, security controls or rate limits;
• use automated systems to access the service in a way that degrades it for others;
• use ALFRED to breach TikTok's or any other platform's rules, or applicable advertising law.

You keep ownership of everything you add to ALFRED — your samples, video plans, notes and ideas. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display that content solely so we can operate the service for you and provide support. We do not sell your content.

ALFRED, its name, logo, design, software, templates, workflows and all related materials are owned by Alfred Planner and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app — see our End User Licence Agreement.

Some features generate suggestions using AI models. Output may be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable and is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish and for making sure it complies with platform rules and advertising standards. Fair-use limits apply to AI features so the service stays available for everyone.

ALFRED is an organisational tool. We make no promise about views, sales, commissions, income or any other outcome from using it. Any figures or examples shown on our website are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

We aim to keep ALFRED running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You can stop using ALFRED at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay. Deleting your account removes your planner data and, where we hold the necessary details, ends your associated subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of ALFRED, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any platform's rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change and, for material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use ALFRED after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
