Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This policy explains what Alfred Planner ("ALFRED", "we", "us") collects when you use the ALFRED app at alfredplanner.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. Questions: support@alfredplanner.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and optionally your country, TikTok handle and profile photo.
- Content you create — samples, videos, statuses, dates, hooks, notes and ideas you add to your planner.
- Preferences — theme, timezone and notification settings.
- Subscription data — plan, status, renewal state and the identifiers our payment provider (Whop) gives us. We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, features used, account lifecycle events, plus technical data such as browser type and approximate region used for security and diagnostics.
- Support messages — the content of tickets you send us.
2. Why we use it
- To create and run your account and deliver the planner features you pay for.
- To process subscriptions and confirm your access is active.
- To send service messages and the reminders you enable.
- To provide support when you contact us.
- To keep ALFRED secure, prevent abuse and enforce fair-use limits.
- To understand aggregate product usage so we can improve the app.
Our legal bases, where applicable, are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent (for optional notifications), and compliance with law.
3. AI features
When you use an AI-assisted feature, the prompt you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We log that a generation happened (and its usage against your limit) so we can enforce fair use. Do not submit sensitive personal information into AI prompts.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate ALFRED: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider (Whop), our AI provider, and our email delivery provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the service.
5. Storage, security and international transfers
Data is stored in our managed cloud backend with encryption in transit, row-level access controls so users can only reach their own records, and restricted administrative access. Because our providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your country; we rely on our providers' standard safeguards for those transfers. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and planner data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile and planner data are deleted. Limited records — for example billing and webhook logs — may be retained where we need them for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
7. Your rights and choices
You can edit your profile, change notification preferences, or delete your account at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or object to our processing of your data, or to withdraw consent. Email support@alfredplanner.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage that are essential to the service — keeping you signed in, remembering your theme, and protecting against abuse. We use first-party product analytics to understand feature usage; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
9. Children
ALFRED is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change and we will notify you of material changes. For any privacy request or question, contact Alfred Planner at support@alfredplanner.com. See also our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy and EULA.
